1. Acceptance
By stepping into Ember Arcade and firing up any game, you agree to these terms. They set the ground rules between you and this hub. If you do not vibe with them, no worries — just close the tab and walk away.
2. The Games
Ember Arcade hosts a trio of free browser games. No payment, no registration, no downloads. Each title runs in your browser and stores only local high scores. Sessions are quick, intense, and built for skill.
3. Play Fair
We want every player to have a clean shot at the leaderboard. Please do not:
- Deploy bots, auto-clickers, or scripts to fake scores or automate play
- Attack, probe, or overload our servers or hosting setup
- Decompile, scrape, or republish game code for profit
- Rebrand or redistribute any game without written approval
4. Ownership
The Ember Arcade layout, branding, and curation belong to us. Individual games carry their own creator credits. You are welcome to share links and post non-commercial gameplay clips. Commercial reuse needs permission.
5. No Warranties
Ember Arcade is delivered "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime, bug-free runs, or universal device compatibility. Your experience may vary, and that is part of the ride.
6. Liability Cap
Our maximum liability for any dispute is capped at what you have paid us — nothing, because this arcade is free. We are not on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Revisions
These terms may change. The effective date will always show the latest version. Keep playing and you are signalling agreement to the newest rules.
